Hinge the hips, stand tall, squat, bring it narrow. Hinge the hips. Now narrow, squat, squat. Now step to the left, step to the left. Hinge, stand, squat, bring it narrow. You feel the slight difference between a wide and a narrow right? Gonna require a little bit more ankle mobility on that narrow squat. Take it as deep as you can get. Hinge, stand, squat, stand. One more hinge, stand, squat. Hands come up behind the head. Here we go. We reach, we flip to the back, pup back. Here we go out around. Nice. One more shoulder complex here. Flip the palms. Come here. Now we're gonna go to a rolling cat cow. Round the spine, stick the chest out. Round the spine, stick the chest out. Tuck the chin, roll open the chest. Tuck the chin, roll open the chest. Nice split lunge. Right foot forward, left foot back. Right here. Take it down. Up, up, down, up, down. Driving through that front heel. Down and up. Right here. Nice split lunge. Awesome. Go three. You're gonna drop the back knee into and drop your back knee all the way down. Tuck the hips towards me. Reach through this hip flexor. Nice. Now walk this foot out. Nice Inner thigh stretch. Drive the right elbow into the right knee. Knees can go over toes. Here. You can really push into it if you can bring it back to center. Drive all the way up high. Knees high, knees. 8, 7, 6. Switch your split lunge in 3, 2. Left foot forward, right foot back. Down, up, down, up. Nice. Dropping that back in towards the ground, driving through that front heel. Four, drop the back knee all the way down. In two and one. Hold it here. Nice little hip flexor stretch. Tuck your tailbone to me. Reach up, reach up, reach up. Take it out wide 45 degrees. Reach into it. Can push those knees over those toes. Heel stays connected to the mat. Bring it back up. Hands plant. Step back. High plank. Drive your knees towards your chest. Drive, drive. Option. You can do a kneeling plank or take it to an incline. You got four. Three, two, one. Step your right foot outside your right hand. Easy twist. Thread the needle right wrist drop under left reach back up. Set it down. Switch left foot outside left hand. Easy twist. Thread the needle. Open it back up. Set it down. One more time. Right foot outside right hand. Easy twist thread open, set down. Switch left foot reach, thread, reach. Set down. 2. Push ups, knees or toes. Down, up, down. All the way up and back down. Dog pedal your heels. Pedal your heels. Hold it here. Knee bend, bend, extend. Bend, extend. You got it. 4. Nice. 3 and 2 and 1. Come all the way up to standing. Jacket, jacket, jacket. Go. Eight, seven, six. You got it. Five, four, three, two. Hold it wide. Hit side, center, side center. Nice. Draw up that that knee. Outer glutes, inner thighs. Nice work, team. Strength and abs Today is going to be really fun. We got three circuits, three moves per circuit. We go legs, arms, abs. 4, 3, 2 and 1. Walk it in. Butt kicks for the finisher. Drive those heels to those glutes. Open up those quads. Nice work, guys. Way to go. We got people coming over. They found us. Woo. Welcome, Angela, Holly. Nice. Awesome job. So glad you guys found the new feed. All right, here we go. You got three circuits, three moves per circuit. Legs, arms, abs. 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Okay, do each circuit two times through, one minute. Power move between circuits. 30 seconds per side. You win. Let's do it. Let's go. She's in. We start with squats. Carol, curl press. I'm gonna have these. Grab your heavy weights. We're gonna go squats that wide, narrow we did in the warm up. Same thing. Step right, then narrow. Step left, then narrow. So you go wide squat, narrow squat. If you don't like that, just give me a good old standard squat. We're gonna start. Step right. Wide squat. 40 seconds in three, two. Let's go. Step to the right. Stand up. Take it narrow. I'm going to rotate the dumbbells. Go in on the wide squat out on the narrow squat in on the wide, squat out on the narrow squat. Choose whatever feels comfortable for you today. Nice work, guys. One rep at a time. Narrow squat. Is this a new move? Sounds new to me. Is it? I've written so many workouts recently, I don't know. We're all blending together. Ten more seconds here, guys. Then we go upper body. So you go legs, arms, abs, nice final 5, 4, 3, 2, and rest. Nice work. You're gonna see if you can hold your right arm and isometric bicep curl. I might have to do a 15. A 15 in the right hand and then curl pressure on the left arm. No 15 one time. You can use different ways than you can. There we go. 3, 2. Let's go. Isometric hold on the right curl. Press on the left arm. Nice work that isometric hold. I want that elbow off the body. You see that? It's not in here. Resting on my body. It's off the body. Constant tension on that bicep curl. Press shoulders and arms for your first circuit. We'll switch sides second time through. Nice finish this. Ten more seconds. You drop down to one dumbbell for standing abs. In 5, 4, 3, 2. Recover one dumbbell. Hold each head in the hands, right foot forward, left foot back. Step through, chop. As I chop up. Feet come parallel back to staggered stance. Drive the hips forward and chop. You're taking it from left hip to right shoulder in three, two. Let's go. H. Drive through those hips. Drive. So you're stepping your foot slightly back, then parallel slightly back. Drive slightly back. Drive. Toes are going to stay facing me the entire time, taking that weight across the midline. Power is coming from the hips up. Core is tight. Take that weight across the body. Left hip up over to that right shoulder. Nice work. 80% of the way you can go into that right foot. 10 seconds, guys. Nice work. Nice work. Finish it right here. You got five, four, three, two. You're out. Grab your second weight. Back to white, narrow squats. Back to the top. Repeat those three moves. White, narrow squats. Step wide to the right. Wide to the right. That's where we go. In three, two. Let's go. Wide, narrow. It's all strength. Stay and abs. But you feel that heart rate just rising? Oh, yeah, for sure. Big moves. Gonna keep that heart rate pumping throughout this workout. Come on. 40 seconds at a time. Take it wide and then narrow. You might not get as good of range of motion on the narrow squat. That's okay. Pick your level. Do what you can today. Come on, come on. There's the fire building in those legs. Ten more seconds, then we go all arms. You got this. Last five, four, three, two, one. More narrow squat. Yes, team. Isometric hold for the left arm halfway. Bicep curl, curl. Press just on the right. Arms, biceps, shoulders. Grab your weight. We go in three, two. Let's go. Curl. Press just on the right. Isometric bicep hold on the left soft bend in those knees. Glutes are activated. Core is activated. Elbows off the side. I feel like this move was made for me because I've been working so hard to go up for my bicep curls, and it's hard. It's nice to break it up a little bit here. Unilateral, one arm at a time is how I've increased my weight. Yeah. Focusing on one side of the body at a time allows you to go heavier. Let's go. Final five. Four, three, two, and you're out. One dumbbell chopping, holding each head of that weight. Left foot forward, right toes back. This time you go right hip, left shoulder. You're stepping through. Feet come parallel toes face me. Stay. Gonna step through. In three, two. Let's go up to the left shoulder. Back that right hip. Nice. Load through the hips, drive. Load through the hips, drive. Nice. Take the weight across that midline. Yes. Going to feel those shoulders. Still turn on here. Come on. This circuit was squats, biceps, shoulders, standing core finish. Strong right here. We've got one minute of a power move between circuits. Then we go lunges, triceps, and back finish. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Weights down. Grab a quick sip of water. Quick sip of water. Power move. Clean. Single arm squat thruster. 30 seconds on the right. 30 seconds on the left. One minute power work. I'm gonna go up to my 25 here. Dumbbell comes between my feet. Right hand only for the first 30 seconds. Okay? Clean to the shoulders. Squat, push, rack down to the ground. Clean, squat, push. Clean, squat, push. All on the right for 30 seconds. No break right into the left arm for another 31 minute work. Let's go. Let's get it in. 3, 2. Let's go. Clean to the right. Shoulder, squat, push, rack, hit the deck. Clean. Squat, push. Rack, hit the deck. Clean, squat. This is your power move. Okay? You can choose. Do you go lighter and try and get as many reps on the right side as you can, or do you go heavier and focus on strength a little bit slower? Come on. We switch sides in 3, 2. To the left arm. Clean, Squat, push, rack, drop. Clean. Nice on that. Clean. Drive the hips forward, thumb to shoulder. Push. Nice. Drive the hips. Drop, drive. Nice. Hips, glutes, quad, shoulders, core finish. 5, 4, 3, 2. Set it down. Circuit one and your power move are done. How we feeling? How we feeling? Love it, guys. Here we go. Circuit 2. Grab your box or chair or ottoman. Busy work day. Can always hit replay tomorrow. Yes, you can. Nice work, Alice. Feeling the obliques on that chop. Nice work. So excited to be working from home today so you can join us. I love it. Juliet, here we go. Grab your box option. Follow Rachel, your chair, whatever it is. Legs, Bulgarians. Okay, Rachel, split lunge. I'm gonna use one heavy 25. Looks like Rachel's got two 20s. Okay, let's go. It doesn't matter which foot forward bridges that. Right foot forward. Right foot forward. Left foot on your box. Your left foot stays behind you. You want to really get set up. You sit on your box, kick your leg out, stand up right here. Shoelaces down. 40 seconds. And three, two. Let's go. You got a nice, stable base. Okay, Rachel's got two legs. You're gonna stay on the ground. Rachel's got a slight hinge forward. Let's talk about that. If I go slightly hinge forward, I'm lengthening through the glute. That's going to hit more glute hamstring. If I go shoulder stacked, that's going to hit more quad, top of the thigh. Whatever you're focusing on today, you can add that with a slight hinge. You get more glute hamstring. We've been filming our New Year's program. My quads hurt so bad, I was concerned. I need medical attention. I was so sore. I feel that. So I'm going boots and hammies today. Three, two, you're out. Arms if you're with me. Good old tricep dips on this box. Rachel, she's gonna overhead triceps. If you don't like the tricep dips for your wrists, you choose. You choose triceps. 40 seconds. We go there in 3, 2. Let's go either way. Both Rachel and I are bending just at that elbow joint, trying to hit the back of the arms. My elbows shoot straight back behind me. Rachel's elbows stay right in line with her forehead. Come on. We both have a punch to the gut. My back is nice and tight to the box. Rachel's back is nice and flat. Okay. Whoo. No rip flare here. Come on. Ten more seconds. Ten more seconds. Yes. You can finish. Nice. Last five, Four, three, two, and you're out. I'm going to an incline round. Use that heavy weight. I got five rows, switch arms. Five here, switch five here. Rachel's got five bird dog rows. Switch my bird dog rows? Yes. Doesn't matter which arm you start with. Just start in three, two, row for five, plank and row. I like the incline row for the incline. When I'm doing plank and row Nice. One more that we switch because you get more length. Stretch that muscle all the way down. Pull. All the way up. Hold. All the way down. Hold. Nice. Four and five, drop. Switch. A lot of sweat on these forearms. Whoo. Come on. Four, three, two, one. Finish. Five on the other side and you're out. Finish. Five, four, four, three and two and one. That's your core. Move a little bit of core and back. Technically. Grab some water, wipe off your sweaty forearms. Do it again. Bulgarians or split lunge. Left foot forward this time. Triceps, rows and plank. Grab one or two weights. Foot, lunge, right butt on the box, left foot out, planted right. I like this setup. Tutorial. That's helpful. I feel like you're always like, where should I be with these? Or, like, jumping out, you know? This is way more stable. I like it. 40 seconds in three, two. Let's go again. That slight hinge forward is going to lengthen that glute. Hit more glute. Hamstring, shoulders stacked. More quads. Like Rachel said, my quads have had enough of a beating. I'm going with a sliding forward, lengthening through those glutes. Yes. Come on. Driving through that front left foot. Think about driving up through your shoelaces, guys. Drive up through your shoelaces. Come on. Finish here. Triceps in 10. Let's go. Glutes on fire. 5, 4, 3, 2. Enter out. Holy bananas. That gets me every time. Every time. That front butt. That front butt cheek. Someone said we should name our New Year's program outer upper butt cheek. Triceps dips with me overhead with ridge. Three, four, two. Let's roll. Come on. Down, up. Nice work. Elbow shoot straight back toward that wall behind you. With me. Shoulders are out of the ears. We love that. Rachel has a modification for every move if you want. Let me kiss my breath. Come on. Who did arms yesterday? Toned arms. This is so hard after toned arms. Come on, come on. Stick with it. 10 more seconds. My go. This always makes me think of the tricep workout we did. Brutal. Five, four, three, two. Call the bananas. Plank and row. Bird dog, row. On the ground with the bridge. And I have my sweat towel. My forearms are so sweaty. That's how you know it's a good workout. Forearms and shins. Yes. When you got sweaty. Forearms and shins. Arm. You start. Five, row switch. Five row switch. Three, two, row, five, four. I want you to think about holding at the top for a second. Squeeze and hold. You're not gripping these out. This is core loading the weight on one side of the body while keeping the hips square to the ground. Even with that weight load. Hips stay square. I'm growing mats that high. Thanks, Rach. Come on. You got five on each side. Get them. Three, four, five on the other side and you're out. Five on the other side and you're out. Go. Five, four, three, two, one. Yes, team. There you go. Ready for your one minute of power. One minute of power. Yes. Trying to remember which program it's from now, Rachel, I'm liking. Is it built dirty? Yeah. We did this in build dirty. The lunge swing. Yeah. Lunch swing. I. Rachel did two. I could do one weight because I wanted to work my core more. Whatever side is forward, we'll go right foot forward, Dumbbell. Right hand. You can double them on Even load is going to challenge those obliques someone mentioned. 30 seconds. Lunge, swing, lunge, swing. Switch. 30 seconds. The other side. One minute. Power move in three, two. Let's go. Lunch swing. So standing tall through that front foot is what drives that weight forward. You're using your front butt cheek, as you say, to drive that weight forward. Core is naturally going to fire up again because the weight's loaded on one side. Nice work. 10 seconds on the ride. Switching to the left. Let's go. Up, up. Final five, four, three, two, one. Switch it. Swing. Swing N. So the heck over. You don't want the weight to hit your knee here. You gotta pay attention. This move takes focus. Come on. Ten seconds, guys. Ten, nine, eight. Finish. Five, four, three, two, one. Circuit two. They go in. Let's burn her. Grab your water. How are we feeling, team? How we feeling? Bulgarians and alive. Holy bananas. Right? I was basically like, I've been writing so many workouts. I was like, what are the moves I want to do tomorrow? That's what this workout is. It was the moves I wanted to do today. Okay, you need your towel for circuit three if you want it. Why is my heart rate so high? Okay, towel. For circuitry, you got a lateral lunge slide out. So a single leg squat. Basically, if the towel slide doesn't feel good for you, then don't do it. Okay. Just do a lateral lunge right here. Lateral lunge. Stand up. By driving my toes into that towel, I create friction with this inner thigh. Adductor engagement resistance chest lie on the ground. Push up. Detox on towel. Yeah. It's a whole banana circuit. Yeah. I'm going one weight again. Rachel, you're gonna do a lateral line? Yeah, I'll do lateral one. Okay. Take this Lateral squat. Just to clarify, if you're not moving, she's not moving. Okay? Okay, I got the slide out. 40 seconds in three, two. Let's go. Slide up. Stand tall. So again, you can load this with two weights if you've got a really strong leg. This is still my. My. What do I call it? What do we call it? My getting stronger leg. Not bad leg. Hands down. Caroline contested this. The most challenging move after knee surgery is this move right here, the single leg squat. Our healing knee. Our what? Healing. Healing knee. Our healing knee. That's what it is. Thank you, Caroline. My healing leg. My getting stronger leg. Two years later, still getting stronger. Come on. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Chest fly on the ground. Chest fly on the ground. Keep that towel nice and close to you. Okay, I got 15 for my chest fly. Drawing your arms out into an arch. Okay, you want to add the legs here. Kick out, pull in three, two. Let's go. Neck and shoulders rest on the mat. Rachel, if she wanted to challenge herself, could bring her legs up to a 90 degree bend. That's going to engage the low abs. You really want to add your abs? Add a kick out here. Now, you could go one leg at a time or two legs at a time, or you can just do a chest fly because this is technically your arm circuit and you have abs. Next. Nice work, guys. Ah, the good news is we run right from this into push ups. Is that good news or what? Good news? Yes, it's good news. You got two arms. Use them. Three, two, and you're off. You can keep your weights. It'll do better for you to do this on your weights for your wrist. If you see me, I'm coming in front of the camera. Feet go on the towel. Push up to two knee tucks. Okay, Rachel, you can do chest for me. I just got it. Chest press, single leg, kick up, Single leg kick up, chest press, kick up, kick up. There you go. Down, up, kick, kick. All right, push up or chest press in three, two. Let's go. Push up, knee tuck, knee tuck, push up, knee tuck, knee tuck. You choose. Guys, knee tuck. Been a while since we brought up the towel bridge. Been a while since we've done knee tuck. That's a tough move, Lindsay. Promise you can always fit on a stability ball. If you're on carpet, grab some paper plates. We both bench. All the diaper works too, haven't we? Yes. That's a Molly slam shout out right there. Knee tuck, knee tuck, finish. Five, four, three, two. You're out. Speaking of a Shout out. I have a shout out I forgot to do at the beginning of this workout. Give me a longer break. After push ups special shout out to Morgan from Wisconsin. It is her birthday month. Happy birthday month, Morgan. I know you got a birthday coming up and she has five months postpartum with her little guy Henry. Her husband emailed me and said she is the best mom and I want to give her a birthday shout out. Happy birthday, Morgan from Wisconsin. Love when we get the husband emailing. That's so sweet. We love the support of husbands. I love when the husbands know us like equally. They're like, I hear you talking to Lindsay and Rachel all the time. They feel like friends to me too. I love it. It's one big community, guys. Because no one wants to do push ups by themselves, do they? All right, back at it. 1 or 2? 8. Right toes on the towel if you're with me. Left foot stays stable. Single leg squat, kick out. Rachel's got your lateral squat option. 40 seconds in three, two. Let's go. Down, up. Come on. Right here. All the way down. Up. Can you push your toes into that towel? The amount of inner thigh or adductor engagement is determined by you who how much can you drive those toes into that towel. As you stand up, squeeze those inner thighs together. Drive through this glute knee. Big strong glute right here. Come on. Single leg squat. Whoo. You got it, team. What would it look like If I said 10 more seconds? Yes, you could. Yes, you can. Come on. Five, four, three, two. And you're out. Chest flies. Chest flies. These weights on the way on your back option to add the kick out. Totally optional. You get it aside. 30 and up 40 root 40s today. 40 seconds. Chest fly in 3, 2, 1. Option chest fly option. Legs go out and in. Option. One leg at a time, one leg at a time. You got it. Making that arc with your arms, squeezing the chest as you pull the hands together. Inhale, lower. Exhale. Squeeze and pull right. Exhale. Bring the hardest portion of the movement right here. Come on. You got it. 10 more seconds, then you're up and over for push ups with me. Stay on your back for chest press with Rachel in three, two. You're out. Nice work, team abs. Okay, push up. Knee touch with me. Rachel guy chest press. Alternated leg kick out. Pick your level, pick your level. You're there in three, two. Let's go, team. Push up. Double knee tuck. Double knee tuck. Come on. Push up. Kick out, kick out. Yes. Finish it. Come on, guys. This and you Got one more minute of work after it. That's it. To my. That's it. Give me your best right here. Come on.
