And so Rachel's going to have some modifications. If you need them, you can follow along with Rach. Otherwise, what you have today is seven full body exercises. You're going to do each exercise for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. You do it twice, and then we're going to go into an ab burnout. No pull ups today. All you need are some dumbbells. We got anywhere from 15 to 25 pounds. We're up in the ante. We're going heavy and we're going hard. Day five. Let's do it. Let's do it. We're going to get started with a good full body warm up. So let's start there. Inhale, reach up nice and tall. You're going to kick out your right foot. You're going to give me a nice hamstring scoop. When you get to the top, you're going to give me a full shoulder rotation. Switch it out. Left foot out. Big scoop. Full shoulder rotation. Right foot scoop. Big full shoulder rotation. Nice. Awesome job. You guys are feeling a little tired and sore from the week. You take this at your pace, but I want you to try and go heavy. I want you to challenge yourself. If you're going to give me 20 minutes, I want your best 20. Nice. One more on the left, one more on the left and we switch. Nice work. We're gonna go to the left. Take a nice wider stance. You're gonna drop right arm to the ground, left arm high. Follow fingertips, stand tall, then give me a squat. Okay? Push the hips back open. Rotate, stand tall and squat. Throw in some new warmup moves at you. Right on those two. We gotta keep you coming back for more. It's the mobility and the strength that we're here for today. Squat it out. Nice work. Give me a squat stand switch with a bicep curl, squat, stand switch. Okay. The bicep curl is separate of the squat, so I'm not using momentum to curl. It's separate. It's going to be hard, especially with 25s. Rack it on the right. Left is between your legs or outside that left leg. Squat curl at the top. 30 seconds in three, two. Let's go. Squat, clean, full body, burpee, Ranger, come on. We take this workout and make it hard because we shorten the rest time. 15 seconds of rest. You want to increase muscle adaptation in a short amount of time. That's what this workout does. I'll tell you more about that, but first, I need your best effort. We go in three, two. Let's go. Hit the deck. Jump it. Drive the hips. Get them up. Come on. Second time. Can you do it a little bit better than the first time? Come on. I love this move. It makes me feel so strong, so athletic. Remember that athlete I was back in college? I'm stronger now. Come on. Ten seconds, let's go. Five, four. Yes. Three, two. Set them down. Whoa. So big. Move. One weight. Lateral lunge to your left and a knee drive. Let's go. Grab it, goblet. Here we go. Hit left. Three, two, Go left. And drive. If you're asking yourself, what is muscle adaptation and why do I want more of it? That's the process by which your muscles change in relation or response to exercise. If you want greater muscle change, you have to work harder in the amount of time you have. Today, it's 20 minutes. That means I need your best effort in 20 minutes. All right? Come on. Four, three, two, one. If I'm brutally honest with you, and I want to Be honest with you. Because I want to be your trainer and that requires honesty. Most people are not working as hard as they think they are. Be an outlier. Let's go. Three, two, triceps. Come on. Challenge yourself. Get uncomfortable. Be above average. Right here. Showing up. Put in the work. Come on. Those last two to three reps. That concentric motion, which here is your push to the top right there. Concentric, eccentric, Concentric. That concentric. Should be so hard right now in the final. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Yes. To go. Lynn, seven moves. You did it. Nice work. Hit the mat. Hit the mat. Ab Burnout. Let's do it, Rach. Let's do it. I'm going to take my heavy weights as an optional anchor for me. Rachel's got your core mods. Same thing. 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off. I'm going to hook my left foot under my weight. Right foot is going to float. I'm doing a full sit up and reaching the dumbbell towards my right toe. Single leg, sit up, reach for the toe. Rachel has a single sided dead bug. 30 seconds in. 3, 2. Let's go. Nice work. Yes. Can you pull the toe up towards the weight? Inhale down, Exhale, lift. Inhale down, exhale, lift. Come on. Yes, you can. Come on. We're gonna hit each side once. You only got to do each side once. I want your best effort right here. Yes. You got it. 10 seconds. Come on up. Finish it. 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Can you take this weight? Can you hold it overhead? It's going to be challenging. Come to my left elbow. Right arm is going to punch overhead. Hold it here. Legs come up to meet that dumbbell. Yeah. Say holy bananas in three, two. Rachel's got your modification. She's going to pull the knees. Knees in versus straight leg, straight leg harder. Either way, neither of us are letting this left shoulder creep into that left ear. All right, this is when I say, wish I had that 10 pound dumbbell on set. It's feeling mighty heavy over this left or right shoulder. Come on, obliques. Come on, obliques. Let's go. Five, four. Everything is shaking for three, two, and one. Whoa. Single leg crunch. Single sided dead bug. Other leg. You got two beautiful sides. Let's use them. Come on. Left leg out. Crunch. Single sided in three, two. Let's go. Reaching that weight up towards that toe. Reaching that weight up towards that toe. You got it, team. Let's go. Finish strong. You are so stinking strong. It's day five, week one. You've made it. That end is in sight. You are so close. Finish week one. Come on. Why did you show up today? Keep that at the front of your mind. Right here. 4, 3, 2, and up. Come on. Finish it. You're up and over. Dumbbells over the left shoulder. You're stacked on that right elbow. Straight legs or bent legs, it's your last move. Get it up. 3, 2. Let's go. Come on. How straight can you get those legs? Yes. That's my challenge. You got shoulder stability and strength happening. You got obliques that are working. You got a mind that is so strong it made it through all five days. Come on. This is building mental toughness just as much as physical toughness. Right here, team. Finish it. Last five, four, three, two, and one. Set it down. Let's go, Linds. Week one, full body banger. I told you, right? Full body banger. Did it deliver? Whoo. Let's stretch. Let's stretch. Up and over to tabletop. Up and over. I'm proud of you. So proud. Week one, drop the belly. Lift the chin. Reverse it. Spine goes up towards the ceiling. Chin to chest. Nice. Right leg kicks out.
