She starts with a high‑waisted, buttery‑soft short that eliminates thigh rubbing during summer activities. Next, she showcases the popular Hottie Hot athletic short, noting its roomy quad, suitability for running and everyday athletic wear, and recommends sizing up (she wears a size 8, usually a size 6). Finally, she presents the Inner Glow short, a casual cotton option with good pockets that she favors for travel, beach, and dinner outfits, highlighting its versatility over a swimsuit or with a tucked‑in shirt. Remember I said I would never wear biker shorts. These are the shorts that changed me. They have a nice high waistband hitting me right at the belly button. They're that buttery, soft fabric and I just love that I don't get any thigh rubbing in the summer as I'm playing at the park. Next is the hottie Hot short, the athletic short Lululemon is most well known for. It's a nice, athletic, short, roomy quad. So we love that for athletic quads made for running. Great for everyday athletic wear as well. I'm rocking the longer 4 inch Inseam Pro tip size up in these. I'm rocking a size 8. I normally wear a size 6 in there. But finally we have a more casual everyday wear short, the inner glow short, which I love. My number one short I take with me on trips and vacations. They're cotton and they're soft and they got good pockets. I can throw these on over my swimsuit for the beach or I could do a nice like white shirt, tuck in and wear them out to dinner for night. I love these shorts, a staple in my traveling summer wardrobe.
