You might not know this about me, but one of my personal goals this year was to host people more. Since moving into a bigger space, we've had people over almost weekly, and it's been so fun. But it has forced me to expand my cooking skills as well as tone down my Type A personality. If you come over for dinner, my house is probably messy, but I'm not gonna lie, the meals have been getting pretty good. And it's been exceptionally nice to have this caraway cookware, pots, pans, all of it on hand. It has made cooking for guests so much easier. I love how big the pots and pans are, but mostly I love how easy they are to clean.
