A trainer thanks viewers for loving the Max 20 summer workout program and explains why repeating the same 20-minute sessions beats constantly switching routines. Doing the same workouts lets you increase push-up height, lift heavier, and improve squat range of motion over time.

I just finished a Max 20 workout and I just want to come on and say I'm overwhelmed by everyone who has done Max 20 in our community. It is our new summer program. If you haven't tried it yet, it is max impact, minimum time. These are the most efficient 20-minute workouts I have ever written or done. It is a very challenging program and my favorite part is seeing you guys repeat the program, which is what I want you to do. As someone who creates content on YouTube for a living, I know what performs best, and it is no repeat workouts. People love a new workout and they love no repeats. But as a trainer with 15 years of experience, the number one thing I wish I could tell everybody, the best way to see progress and keep yourself motivated is to do the same workout over and over again and see yourself get better. To do the push-ups from your toes, to pick up heavier weights, to get greater range of motion in your lateral squat. These are all comments I have heard from you guys who are repeating Max 20. This is my encouragement to you that you are going to see the best results and build the most muscle if you repeat your workouts. I would love to hear if you've tried Max20, what is your favorite workout from the program? And believe it or not, I am actually creating our new year program already. I am starting to write it and I need your ideas. So tell me what your favorite Nourish Move Love program has been or what you would like to see from us in the new year.
