I cannot stand the word prevention when it comes to health, and the reason for that is because it actually triggers me. I don't go to work out to prevent a disease. I go to work out and exercise to create health, to create an amazing body. I don't go to bed on time and wake up at the right time to prevent an illness. I do that because I want to enjoy my day. We are the master creators of our reality. Just like you wouldn't get in the car and prevent yourself from going all the places you don't want to go, focus on where you do want to go. So I ask you, what are you trying to create with health instead of what are you trying to prevent by creating health?
