This is a YouTube video titled "Baileigh's Story" containing a personal narrative from March 2019. The content features Baileigh and another speaker discussing Baileigh's struggles with anxiety and panic attacks during her senior year of high school, her introduction to treatment at TNT (likely a health or therapy center), and the positive impact of the care she received. The story highlights her journey to improved mental health and gratitude towards Lori and her staff, though Lori Esarey MS, APRN-C, ABAAHP is mentioned only indirectly and not as a speaker.
Just before coming to T and T, I was getting towards the end of.
My senior year in high school, and.
I was feeling a lot of anxiety and, like, pressure about the future. I had a really big panic attack, and I was really scared it was going to happen again.
It made me cry a lot and just not be able to sit down, not be able to rest, like, not be able to focus on anything that I should have been focusing on. It made me afraid to go to college by myself because I didn't want it to happen when I was alone.
I was first introduced to TNT by.
My mom, because she had came to Lori before, and she said that she.
Helped her with a lot of different types of things.
So I didn't really know how TNT worked, but I knew that it was.
Different from conventional medications.
The first thing TNT did was lots of blood work so they could see exactly what I was missing or exactly what was causing some issues here. I learned that gluten contributes to a.
Lot of things in your body.
So one of the ways it contributed to my anxiety was causing inflammation in my brain. We started on a plan and how to fix things and why we were.
Fixing what we were fixing.
T and T really taught me to.
Just be consistent in what you do. It is very hard to stay consistent.
As a college student, and I'm not gonna lie. I do get off track sometimes, but I realize once I get off track, all the repercussions of. I also was consistent in my faith, so I would do my devotions every morning, and I would read the Bible. So that really helped my mental health as well. So now the anxiety attacks are completely gone. I haven't had one or even been afraid that I was gonna have one. I'm able to handle stress a lot better than I had been before, especially coming into school and having a lot of new challenges come my way. To Lori and her staff, I would thank them a thousand times over, because if I had not come to tnt, my life would probably look very different than it is now. I know that I would probably not be this happy, probably not be this healthy, and still have a lot of questions.
