Four times a year

I was going to primary care where Lori worked, and she was my caregiver there. And she started the business, and I was overweight more than I wanted to be in my whole life. I said, can you help me? She said, sure. I said, okay, I'm in. So I was in from almost day one. She helped me, first of all, to get off of things that I thought were healthy that weren't. Mostly gluten, white things. The first year, I was back down to close to where I wanted to be, which was very pleasing to me. I come four times a year to get blood work and go over the blood work and make sure I'm staying on track. I also have taken advantage of the aesthetic services, facials, massages, over the years that she used to have. TNT is a mentor. I don't know how to describe it. It's kind of. They're my accountability. I feel like I have to keep on track for when I come in so that I don't disappoint myself and I don't disappoint them. Like, all this work and all these years, I don't want to blow it. She's put a lot of time, effort, hard work into making this work. She's serious about it. This is her life. This is what means something to her or purpose into my life. It translates into I know she cares about each and every one of her clients, that everybody is important.
