Hey, I'm Corey Todd. I'm president of Alexacor Incorporated. We are a concrete construction company that focuses on the commercial and the industrial market in the central and northern region of Florida. I had some surgery last summer on my neck and just really put me in a bad spot with my health. My gut really didn't rebound. I was in and out of the hospital a couple times over a six month period and was just not doing well. And so I went and talked to Lori and she evaluated things and she felt that it was something that she was willing to take on for a challenge. And I started that process at the end of 2023. Had a lot of stress in my life. I mean, we all do. I was always on the go. I was really not concerned with what I was putting in my body. I didn't smoke and I didn't drink alcohol. I was just putting bad stuff in my body. I thought I was eating good, right? I didn't eat McDonald's, but thought I was doing good with my food, but I really wasn't. Now that I understand more about the body and how it works, it was really very enlightening to me. I mean, they took me shopping, right? I mean, took me to Publix and showed me how to shop and showed me how to understand labels and everything. And that to me was just. That was huge. I had this really busy, crazy life and full of stress and it showed me that I could take time for my health. Hey, there's a reward here, right? And it's feeling better. Just from the time you get up to the time you go to bed. I'm a new person. I mean, I really am.
