Diane's Story

Diane had chronic bloating and low energy until nutritionist Laurie's blood work revealed gut inflammation and food sensitivities. Following the ERST protocol, she learned to read labels and shop differently, and her energy, digestion, and confidence all improved within weeks.
I wanted to be a better version of myself. And I had seen the TNT brochure. I was having some physical issues. I was low energy. I would eat certain foods, feel bloated. I just didn't feel right. So I thought a nutritionist would be the right avenue to take. So I decided to come to Laurie, check. She did extensive blood work and an extensive history on my background. And it was determined that, oh, boy, yeah, I did have some physical issues. I had inflammation of the gut. I was malnourished. I wasn't digesting my food. So she put me on a rigid protocol. ERST was food first approach. I have always tried to eat properly, you know, eat healthy. But finding out that I had the food sensitivities and the allergies was. I was doing more damage than good. You know, I was having milk on oatmeal. Well, come to find out I have a sensitivity and an allergy to milk and certain products that are in oatmeal. I would eat cheese, I would eat yogurt. I would eat all these things that I thought were healthy for me, and. And they were doing just the opposite. And part of the program here is they take you to the grocery store, they show you how to read labels, they show you what food to buy. I've learned a lot of things to help me in that respect. But I think what improved also with TNT is my emotional energy, you know, because part of the program is wellness plan, and it deals with your emotional wellness, your nutritional wellness, your intellectual wellness. And I got better with those things. I became empowered, if you want to say. I became stronger. I became more confident. I can't say enough about the staff. I mean, it's the. It's the mindset coaches, the health coaches, the classes. And I'm so grateful. My family sees the differences, My friends see a difference. And when you tell them what you're doing, it's like a light bulb goes off. It's like, hey, maybe I should start taking a little bit care of myself. Because we have friends that say my father died at 65. You know, this is my destiny. Well, no, it's not your destiny. You know, it's time for you to do something about it.
