In this instructional monologue, the creator shares her daily plant‑based protein shake recipe and the reasoning behind each component. She starts with a simple almond‑milk base made from four organic ingredients—filtered water, organic almonds, pure vanilla extract, and Himalayan pink salt—highlighting its lack of gums, dairy, fillers, gluten, and carrageenan. She then describes her preferred vanilla pea‑protein‑complete blend, which combines pea, sunflower, pumpkin seed, sacha inchi, and rice proteins to deliver a complete amino‑acid profile, 20 g protein per scoop, only 3 g carbs (2 g fiber), and easy digestibility. For healthy fats, she adds a clean almond butter (or sunflower butter) and explains why she avoids peanut butter due to potential legume sensitivities and gut issues. Optional flavor and nutrient boosters such as cold brew coffee, greens, berries, or cacao powder are mentioned. Finally, she outlines her blending method: blend the base first, then gently incorporate the protein powder to avoid denaturing it. The tone is conversational and instructional, with an enthusiastic, supportive attitude encouraging viewers to customize their own shakes.

Some of you've asked what's in my shake, so I am gonna give you a little inside scoop. So some of the things that I— and I mix and match, you may do the same thing— but some of the things I put in my shake on a daily basis, um, let's start with the base, right? So I like almond Malk. Why do I like it? This right here, you can read, 4 simple ingredients. It's organic, non-GMO, And 4 simple ingredients. You can look right here. What are they? Filter water, organic almonds, pure organic vanilla extract made from vanilla, and Himalayan pink salt. So no gums, no dairy, no fillers, no binders, no gluten, and no carrageenan. So that's what I like for base. Sometimes depending upon what protein powder I'm using, I may use water, but this morning I have chosen to use The pea protein complete vanilla. What do I like about the pea protein complete vanilla? I love that it has just that, right? So it's pea protein complete. It is a protein blend, so it's got pea protein in it, sunflower protein, pumpkin seed protein, sanchi enchi, and some rice protein, making it more of a complete. Protein, all those amino acids. It also has only 3 carbohydrates, 2 of which are fiber. 20 grams of protein in a single scoop. So I like this particular protein for a number of reasons. It's easy on the stomach, it blends really well, and it Tastes great. And I like vanilla because if I want to make it chocolate, I can just add cacao powder. So I usually will stick to vanilla to make it simple. What else do I put in there? Almond butter, healthy fats. This is Kirkland brand almond butter. Listen, just find a clean nut butter. You can see that it is not peanut butter. Peanut is a legume, and oftentimes people not only have reactions to peanuts and they don't know that they do, But also it can wreak havoc on gut health. And so almond butter for the win. You can also use sunflower butter. I like sunflower butter. It's higher in manganese. It does blend really well. Sometimes the almond butter can be a little bit drier, so some people like sun butter. Nevertheless, some form of butter, nut butter, I like, and I just like that for the flavor. Sometimes I will add in there, particularly for a morning shake, I'll do some cold brew. So whatever you like in the way of flavor, you can make this your own. I tend to like things like a protein, like a power-packed smoothie. So you could add in some greens, you can add in some berries, you can add in anything you want into that. Just to make it something that's flavorful and it's full of nutrients. Now blending, just real quickly, you want to blend all of your base ingredients first, then you want to add in your, your protein powders, and you want to just mix them in lightly afterwards. You don't want to denature the protein. So that's what's in my cup this morning. What's in yours?
