A short YouTube FAQ monologue advising that being busy is not the same as productive, and that anyone wanting to adopt TNT or other lifestyle changes must prioritize health by deliberately carving out time and committing to ongoing education. The speaker stresses that superficial cues (mirror appearance, short-term lab changes) are insufficient; lasting change requires knowing daily why you make healthier choices.
Everyone's busy and there's a huge difference between being busy and being productive. They always say, if you want to know where someone's priorities are, check their checkbook. So that's one of the first questions that I like to ask anyone who's contemplating possibly changing their lifestyle, whether that be with TNT or separate from whatever that be. And it's extremely important to check what your priorities are. So if you're too busy to be healthy, you're never going to be healthy. So you've got to carve out time to do the things that will be most impactful for you to be well. So it's not a question of should I? If you want change, you have to. Looking in the mirror. How you look in the mirror is not going to be enough to keep you on your trajectory towards optimal health. It's not. And quite frankly, even your lack and an improvement in your labs may not be enough either. You need to know specifically why every day while you're making the choices you're making. And education is honestly hands down the most important thing a person can do in order to live this life sustainably. And if you don't carve out the time, it'll be a short term fix and not a long term goal.
