Short instructional guidance for clients on how to prepare for a TNT appointment: make a prioritized list of concerns/questions, share current food-logging access (apps, login/password) or begin logging if not already, and provide a current medications and supplements sheet; also allow adequate, un-rushed appointment time.
Time is very, very valuable for us and for you. And we want you to walk out of every single appointment knowing that the time you spent was worth it. So these are the things you have to do prior to your appointment. Number one, you need to make a list. What's important to you, what's going on, what questions do you have, what's concerning you. Make that list and get it to us. Number two, you need to let us know what you're currently doing. If you're logging your food, we need to know that. What is your login? What is your password for that? If it's MyFitnessPal, if it's BodyCyte, whatever it is, let us know that, because we're gonna actually download that. And get prepared for your visit. If you haven't been logging, get to it, because that's extremely important information for any of your coaches. Number three, it's extremely important to get your supplement sheet to us. Your medications and your supplements. If you haven't been keeping track of that, you need to get on it right now. So in order to make the most out of your appointment, those are the three things that are critically important. And then carve out enough time that you're not rushing. Make sure you adhere to those things, and you'll get a great visit.
