Speaker describes how TNT expanded class availability by adding pre-recorded classes on a portal (for asynchronous listening), maintaining live web-based classes for interaction, and continuing in-person offerings. The changes aim to increase flexibility for busy learners and extend reach to other states and countries via multiple connection methods.
We were already doing quite a bit of customization of programs based on needs. We have expanded our reach and now we have classes that are pre recorded that are placed on the portal that you can listen to at your leisure. So that's really good for individuals who are busy and working and maybe they can they go on a walk so they can listen to classes at that time or perhaps late in the evening. So that has made a lot more flexibility and freedom. We also have web based classes, so if you still want to react or ask a question, you can. So live classes are still here. We love it in our great classroom that we have. And we have multiple different opportunities for people to learn. And we are now making sure that we are reaching everyone's needs, whether they're here locally or they are in another state or perhaps out of the country. We now have multiple ways in which they can connect. It.
