A short FAQ video explaining what qualifications the "coaches" at Pebble Nutrition and Therapeutics hold. The speaker clarifies that "coach" is a role descriptor but the team includes a certified clinical nutritionist, a mindset coach who is a licensed mental health counselor with extensive training and certifications, and certified health coaches trained in nutrition and creative food preparation. The team collaborates, bringing cumulative and individual years of experience to support clients' goals.
When you're asking for total nutrition and therapeutics to pair up with you and team up with you to help you. What kind of certifications and qualifications are behind the name Coach? We like to say the term coach because that's what they are. They're a coach, they're inspiring you, they're encouraging you, and they're teaching you. But there's a lot of expertise that goes behind that term coach of everyone that's here at Pebble Nutrition and Therapeutics. So our clinical nutritionist has not only years of experience, but she is qualified and certified as a clinical nutritionist. Then we have our mindset coach. She is a licensed mental health counselor. She's been doing this a long time. We love her because she isn't just a coach encouraging you and inspiring you, but she has a lot of tools in her toolbox. She is constantly educating herself, and she is certified in every possible aspect to help you reach your best goals. And then we have health coaches. Health coaches are certified as health coaches, and they're specifically trained to teach you what to eat, why to eat, how to eat, but not only just food. They're our foodies. They teach you specifically how to find different ways to get creative with food. So we work as a team together. We all call ourselves coaches because that's what we do, but we are certified, and we have years of experience, cumulatively, among all of us, but also individually, to give you the best care for you to reach your goals.
