FAQs – Who can take advantage of TNT classes?

Short FAQ video explaining who may attend TNT classes: only clients who have completed an initial Metabolic Evaluation Appointment. The speaker notes class levels from foundational to advanced (including in-person grocery-store visits) and says classes are generally closed to the public, though occasional public openings are announced on the program website and Facebook page.

Our classes are open specifically to our clients. Anyone who has had an initial visit with us, which we call our Metabolic Evaluation Appointment, can take advantage of our classes. We have classes that range from foundational classes all the way up to classes that are much more advanced, where we take you to the grocery store. They're not open to the general public for a reason, because many of the individuals that would want to come to those classes we don't know are in the mindset that they're ready for change. We do have opportunities to do that, though. You have to look to our website and look to our Facebook page for when we open them up to the general public.
