A short YouTube FAQ monologue where a TNT representative explains why Total Nutrition and Therapeutics occasionally pauses accepting new clients: to manage team capacity and ensure high-quality, personalized care. The speaker emphasizes regular follow-up during pauses (weekly or biweekly emails, phone calls) and describes notifying selected callers to schedule a 15-minute complimentary consult when intake reopens.
Every now and then, Total Nutrition and Therapeutics has to take a pause on taking new clients. And I often get asked that question, why do you do that? Wouldn't you want to treat as many people as you can? And of course my heart says, yes, I absolutely want to. But my team and I only have the energy to treat so many people at one time. So our goal and our focus really is to not treat them masses, to make sure that we have the capacity and we have the ability to manage and treat the people that are clients of ours in an exceptional way. Our goal at TNT is to make sure that we're completely and constantly following up with you. So it may be emails regularly, every week or every other week, just touching base with you to let you know where we're at in that pause, or perhaps a phone call letting you know that we've released that pause and you have been chosen to set up your 15 minute complimentary consult to get in with TNT. Because we respect the fact that you called us because there's a need and we know that that's important to you and that's just as important to us.
