In this short monologue, the speaker addresses the common concern of maintaining a healthy eating, drinking, and overall wellness plan while staying in a hotel away from home. She emphasizes that it is possible by preparing and packing the right items before travel. She showcases her own travel kit, which includes premium bottled waters (Pellegrino, Fiji), unsweetened organic coconut and almond milks, a coffee setup (electric kettle, frother, French press) with collagen protein added to the morning brew, and pre‑made protein meals (salmon and salad) stored in the hotel mini‑fridge. She explains how these items let her avoid costly coffee shop trips and ensure balanced nutrition on the road. The speaker concludes by inviting viewers to share their own travel‑nutrition preparation methods, noting that the approach may differ between driving and flying trips.

So question: can you stay in a hotel room and still stick to plan? Can you eat well, drink well, and live well while you're out of town? I want to say yes, and I would love to hear what you say. Part of the ways that I prepare myself is packing. So if I'm driving to a location to stay, which is what I'm going to show you I am doing today, um, you prepare for that. So it's putting your stuff together ahead, thinking about what you're gonna need, and having it at arm's reach. So that might be your water. In a minute, let's flip here if it lets me do this. You're gonna see some Pellegrino, you're gonna see some Fiji water. Don't want to make you sick doing this, but let's flip around here. You're gonna see some organic coconut unsweetened milk, organic unsweetened almond milk, and then my kids would say I travel a little bougie because I'm a little bit of a coffee snob, but I like to have my frother. One of my favorite things is my electric kettle. And then my French press and coffee saves me a lot of money. I don't have to go to Starbucks or a coffee shop. If I want to, I can, but I don't have to. So you see my collagen protein there that I put in my coffee in the morning. So I'm just curious what you do. How do you prepare yourself when you're going out of town? I know it's different when you drive to a location. Versus when you, when you fly. We can talk about that separately. But this is also— thankfully, most of the hotel rooms have refrigerators like this. So I had some before I left last night, had some salmon dinner with some salad. That's what's in there. So I have that already pre-prepared so I can have that, and then waters and almond milk creamer and Even when I do want a treat, some organic cold brew coffee as well. So again, you can travel healthfully. You just have to plan and prepare. So I'd love to know what you do to travel and successfully travel and stay on plan.
