Kathleen's Story

Kathleen had familial adenomatous polyposis and 40+ abdominal surgeries that left her bedridden and dependent on heavy medication. After treatment with Lori Esarey at TNT in 2016, she stopped her blood pressure meds and regained energy and independence.
Prior to coming to TNT, I had had over 40 surgeries in my abdomen. I have a genetic rare disease called FAP. Through the 40 surgeries and the 26 prescriptions that I took daily just, just to keep me alive, I lost the use of my stomach to process foods. I was pretty much bedridden. I had enough energy to walk to the kitchen. I didn't really go outside of my home because everything takes energy. My daughter is a client of Lori's. Said, mom, please go see Lori. I know she can help you. The first time I saw Laurie was in September of 2016. And with my blood work in hand with her, I cried through the whole visit. She does like 13 vials of blood. I have never in my Life ever had 13 vials of blood done. At one time I had 45 of that blood that were in red, which are high risk. I told her in that meeting with her as I was crying that she was my only lifeline left, that the doctors didn't know what to do with me because they didn't have a cure for me. And all I could think was, oh my God, I'm going to die. She says to me, oh, I think I can get you off of your blood pressure medicine. And I said all three? And she says yes. I thought she was nuts. Within four months, Lori had me off of all of my blood pressure and it was related to my food allergies. I don't think I would even be alive today if it wasn't for Lori and tnt. To date my life, I could not, could not have dreamed a better life. I am a full time wife. I used to have a housekeeper. She's been fired. I can do my own mopping and vacuuming. I am a Mimi too. An awesome grandson that loves travel ball and rec ball and I'm the photographer for all of that. I have a full time business and my husband and I travel all over the state taking my photographs that I absolutely love to take. I am living life to the fullest and I give all the credit to Lori and her team. I might be 63 today, but in my book I'm 43. I have never felt better in my entire life.
