Lori Esarey breaks down three types of supplement clients and how to help each one stick with their routine. The conversation focuses on consistency, cost, and whether people actually understand what they're taking.
So how are we feeling about our supplements these days? So I was thinking, how could I help the clients more with their supplements?
So I was thinking there are three types of clients that I really see. I have type A, type B and type C. Let me explain.
So type A is that client that's really excited about their supplements. And even when I add a new.
One, when I'm meeting with them, they're excited. And then I've got type B. Type B is that client that really understands the purpose of the supplements and is taking them consistently, but then says to me the cost is killing them. And then I have type C. And type C is the client that just struggles, period. To take them consistently is really hard for them. So when I was thinking, how could.
I help each of those clients differently, I came up with an idea.
So for type A, I definitely can help you. I get excited about supplements and I.
Have no problem about adding a new supplement for you. So type A is easy for me.
So type B, type B, I definitely can help you.
Here's what I can do.
One, we can look at what you're taking. We can look at your last diagnostic testing and we can determine are there things that you've really just continued to.
Take that we can eliminate?
And are there things that maybe we can combine together and eliminate a few and then have those in one supplement only? And then what if we look at what other options?
Because at TNT we have so many different options can we use that might.
Be cost better for you? So we can do multiple things.
With type B, type C, I feel like I can help you too. We can come up with a plan, maybe a core list of those things.
That you really focus on so that.
You take them very consistently.
I can also help you to understand.
Based on your diagnostics, which of those supplements are benefiting you the most to make you understand the benefits of taking them on a regular basis.
So with each client, I love to work with all different types, but I do feel like I can help each of you in a different way. Have a great day.
