Hi, I'm Lori Essery, owner of Total Nutrition and Therapeutics. Our practice is in the Villages, Florida where we help you look your best, feel your best and function optimally. So Total Nutrition and Therapeutics is a nutritional practice, a lifestyle management practice that really takes a personalized approach to help each and every one of our clients achieve their best through taking a food first approach. So teaching them how and what to eat, what foods, how to eat those foods, and what quantities to eat those foods, what, what foods they need to have the energy levels to revitalize their cells and truly look and feel their best. So the first step is making an appointment for what we call a metabolic evaluation. That evaluation is a two hour appointment. So really getting a good understanding of your past medical history and then me getting the opportunity to help you understand what we at Total Nutrition and Therapeutics have to help you get to where you want to be. So there's four major pillars to nutrition, detox, exercise and hormone balance. Nutrition is fundamentally the most important. But then detoxification and deloading is key. We work with you to assist you in understanding how to offload or deload and remove those toxins from your environment and then how to also place foods in that assist in that metabolic process. So detoxification is a big part of helping you to achieve your best health. Hormone balance is key, but I think one of the things that you may be concerned with is all of the hype in the 80s and 90s, you know, I can't take this, it causes breast cancer. But we know now and we understand that synthetic is different than bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Bioidentical means it's identical to that which your body actually produces. And I've gone through years and years worth of training with anti aging and restorative medicine and mmi. Lots of education, lots of training, lots of classes to identify specifically what are the best tests that you need to have done in order to identify are you metabolizing, where are the true deficiencies, what's the underlying root cause? And then therefore, what are the best treatment plans for you that can safely and effectively manage your hormones, get you back in balance and get you feeling your best again. Not having hot flashes, having energy, having clarity of thought, getting a good night's sleep. Obviously exercise is critical. You gotta move. And although most people come in going, yeah, I know I need to move, but I just can't, you know, I'm too tired to do that right now. There's a right time and a right place. And a right type of activity to engage in. It's really identifying what your wellness plan is and having a means to achieving that, and then a team of people around you coaching you through the process. Successful people have coaches in their life, and so we are a team of coaches within our facility, helping you get there. What keeps people true to this lifestyle is truly the way they feel and being able to get up every day, which is a different outlook on life, and being able to do the things that they really want to do, experiencing it all. And it's fun. It's fun medicine. So if you'd like to know more about total nutrition and therapeutics and you're ready to look and feel your best and function optimally, call us. Set up a personal tour. We would love to show you around. We're looking forward to meeting you.
