In this upbeat video, the speaker (Bobby) addresses the TNT community about his personal approach to a "Vegan Week of Reset," a weekly challenge encouraged by the coaching team (Ryan, Mona, Lori, Debbie) to consume at least 30 different vegetables. He critiques the American focus on protein, arguing that fiber should be the primary nutritional target, especially for gut health. Bobby shares his morning mealāa highāfiber Buddha power bowlādetailing its components: nonāGMO tofu, lentils/quinoa/organic rice base, kidney beans, edamame, artichokes, onions, cilantro, a Medjool date, okra, lupini beans, and kimchi for probiotics. He notes the importance of following the specific gutāhealing protocols set by Lori Esarey MS and the coaching team, as individual gut tolerance varies. He also mentions a green detox smoothie (eight ingredients) as a complementary element. Throughout, he emphasizes creative vegetable intake, gut biome restoration, and the benefits of a fiberārich, plantābased breakfast over typical proteināheavy options.

Hey, good morning, TNT friends. Well, I just finished a workout session. Now I want to fuel my body. I often get our Clients asking, "Well, Bobby, what do you eat?" And I'm specifically going to address Vegan Week of Reset. My wife and I, you know, randomly will take one week and really just focus on vegetables. You hear us Coaches, you know, Ryan and Mona and Lori and myself and Coach Debbie saying things like, Go for 30 vegetables. Try to get in 30 vegetables and see if you can do it. It challenges you to be creative. So today I thought I'd share with you a few of my vegetables, and it really helps, you know, give you that fiber you need. Most Americans are way short on fiber. For some reason, we've become obsessed with protein. We really should be discussing amino acids and only the non-essential ones, but every package in the grocery store will show you how much protein is in it. And you know, I would argue that fiber is really what you're after, and if you eat enough calories, you're going to get adequate protein. So I'll just share with you what I'm eating this morning. I've probably got in 20 vegetables, I think I counted, and everything I'm just eating and drinking today. So the first thing is just a power bowl. It's called a Buddha bowl, and Buddha bowls are often built on like lentils or quinoa, even some organic rice. I've got tofu. These are all non-GMO organic items. Kidney beans, edamame, artichokes, onions, cilantro, tons of good things in here. Now keep in mind, do follow the, the protocols that Lori Esarey MS and our team have set forth for you. Your gut may not be prepared for some of these items, but our overall objective is to return you to maximum optimal health. And so eventually your gut biome will begin to heal and you'll proliferate great gut flora and you'll be able to handle much more fiber. But for many of you, do follow the guidelines that our coaches set forth. I do have a Medjool date sitting on top here, great magnesium and fiber. This is a little treat, not always something I do, but I love okra. I grew up in the South and so I'll have me, you know, one okra just as a little snack here and there. I do grab some lupini beans. They're like an Italian garbanzo, 24 grams of protein, 4 grams of net carbs in a serving. Then also, this is something pretty interesting, a probiotic. You can eat fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, or in my case, kimchi. My best friend was Korean growing up, so I just love kimchi, and I'll kinds of international foods. The last piece here is a detox smoothie, a green detox smoothie, which has 8 ingredients in it, and I'll be glad to share that with you maybe in another post. But here you go, this is my breakfast. Too much of us get into Panera Bread or having eggs and bacon and all of that, but you know, eat a big salad for breakfast and start your day out with tons of fiber. So anyway, I hope that mixes it up for you a little bit. Have a great day.
