I hope that there will be a time in which employees will not have to file claims against their companies. I hope that we can become a society in which companies really understand what's going— where the hotspots are, where are the places that they can get better, where's the risk, who are the bad actors, how can we either eliminate the bad actors or help them become more aware of their behavior. So with my practice, I'm able to do both. I'm able to help train companies and give them the tools that they need to be more compliant and to understand the diverse populations with which they work. So they're not making— they're not, you know, instituting microaggressions. That's something that you don't even, you know, know what they are unless you have a conversation about them.
