So often over the years, I've seen law firms who are struggling financially. And I think back to 2008 when the economy was not doing well, and we're facing some of that again. And, you know, it's a good time to break out of the comfort zone a little bit and share information with the people on your team. Mm-hmm. And say to them, does this bus pass mean anything to you in benefits? Or would you rather have the money in your paycheck, or, you know, that those sort of things? And where can we adjust and move and change things?
