We don't want them to look at it as us and them. Not right. Us is the higher tier, them, it's the lower tier. We want them to think of it as the word team is important, right? They're not staff, they're our team. And we want them to feel that they're part of the inner workings of the business. We all have good days and bad days. And I love that you do your meetings every day. I don't know if we'd ever be able to accomplish that because of the time zone.
