Is inflation a friend or a fool? Yeah, it depends which side of the coin you're on, right? Take us to the right side, Ben. Yeah. So if you're a saver, like we already talked about, if you're, you know, one that's just hoarding cash, that is a foe for sure. Because, again, inflation is decreasing the purchasing power of your dollar. If you're a borrower. Right. A lot of people are concerned about debt, and, you know, you should use debt wisely. But in a period of inflation, having fixed rate debt is actually a very, very powerful tool.
