In this brief interview, Manex Ibar reveals the origins and evolution of his Sphinx Code system. He explains that over a decade he expanded upon his Human Design readings to map the psyche across archetypal positions, refining how each archetype manifests. Through extensive client work, testing, and channeling, he developed the current archetypal blueprint. He also notes that the layout resonates with ancient Egyptian texts, specifically the Litany of Re, which describes a guiding boat on the river of life, a metaphor he uses to describe the Sphinx Code’s purpose.

It used to be my secret because I would do Human Design readings, but I'd have the whole Sphinx Code and was able to obviously get a lot more information out of people. So I did some work for 10 years really filling in how the psyche in each of the archetypes playing in each of the positions really worked and how they manifested. in their difference. And, uh, and then I met somebody, this wonderful woman called Victoria, which happened to be you.
So it sounds like the form that it— that we know Sphinx Code is in today, when you look at your archetypal blueprint, when you look at the different positions that the archetypes fill on that map, that all kind of came about over that amount of time that you were working with different clients, working with people, and really testing the system to see, and I think also channeling more because that layout of the archetypal blueprint, which some of you may be familiar with, it really actually resonates with a lot of the descriptions in ancient Egypt's texts, like the Litany of Re, which talks about this boat that we need in order to like basically guide ourselves down the river of life. And that's really how you've always described it.
Mm-hmm.
So it must have been, I mean, incredible testing that over that 10 years to figure out, like, you know, if what you were channeling was correct and sort of verified in the people that were sitting in front of you.
