And for those of you who are worried about your job and worried about AI taking your job, let me talk to you 'cause it's a different conversation. It's your job to manage your career. It's not your company's job to manage it. It's not your mom and dad's job to manage it. It's nobody's job except yours. At the point where you get a job, where you are gainfully employed, it is your job to manage your career, period. Full stop, nothing else. It's your job to determine where your skills are and what you need in terms of additional skills. It's not your company's role to do that for you.
