Hi, I'm Margaret Spence, and today is day 3 of the 30/30 Challenge. It's 30 bold questions over 30 days in the month of September to challenge you to look at your career differently. So I'm asking you to step out of the box, be bold, look at how you are managing your career, and reset and You know, we've gone 9 months and we've got— you've got an opportunity to take the rest of the year and change your view and prepare yourself to pivot come 2019. So the question for today is, what do you know about yourself? It's a really bold question. So for me, I know that I'm resilient. I know that I'm daring. I know that I'm willing to take risk. I know that I'm charting my own course. So the question is, what do you know about yourself? Because the more you know about yourself, the more prepared you will be to handle your career. So here's an example. If you have resiliency as a core of who you are, then you will become resilient. Depend— it doesn't matter what obstacle comes up, you're going to be resilient. If you know that you're a procrastinator at heart, then that's what's going to be showing up, is the procrastination. If you know that you're fearful, what's going to show up for you is fear. So you have to figure out who you are. You also have to figure out who you want to become. So in the process of finding yourself, finding who you are, the question is, who are you as an individual? Who are you as a person? Who do you want to be as a leader? Who are you? And if you can answer the question around who you are, people will be able to see you for who you are. So my question for today in day 3 of the challenge, who are you? What's at your core? What defines you? What is super important for you? So keep listening in. Tomorrow's another day. I'm so glad you're joining me for the 30/30 Challenge. I look forward to challenging you out of your comfort zone to build the career you want. Stay tuned. See you tomorrow.
