One, the simplest path, and I still use this tool today of getting to a million dollars plus you can have it a million, 10 million, 50 million, etc. It's up to you, but it gives you a visual representation of exactly what action steps need to take to see if it's even possible to do in your business or in your industry. Key Performance Indicator Document. What it's going to do as a CEO or as a business owner, you need to have a set of numbers that allow you to run your business that allow you to understand what's going on in your business at a quick glance. There's every division in your company will have KPIs, but you as an owner need to have your set of KPIs. Of what information or what data points do you need to hear or know to know that at the end of the day your business is running and it's moving forward. It's not collapsing.
