Hey there, it's Mark Evans Diem. And thank you very much and happy New Year's Eve. I'm hanging out here in beautiful Palm Beach, Florida, driving down the street with Dina here, enjoying a beautiful cigar. Anyways, hope you had a great 2013. I hope you accomplished every single goal that you set out to accomplish. And if you haven't, that's okay. Because we all create big goals and we want to accomplish more. And that's a good thing. Well, this year 2014, I'm going to do something over the top. January 22nd, 23rd and 24th, I'm going to be doing a deal a thon at my office. I've been asked by a bunch of clients to come down to my office, sit in there for three days and learn how to do deals step by step. I've done this once before. We had a lady come in. She's never done a deal in the last three years she's been trying and within 48 hours she had 10 deals under contract. She put zero money down. She won't bring a dime to closing. We'll close the deal. She makes money, we make money and we set that up for her. This is what it's about. Make sure you let me know why 2014 drew you. If 2014 is your year, you let me know why. Create a video. Submit it to me here. Submit it to me. Thank you. Submit it to me on Facebook, here, below your video. Submit your video. Tell me why I should pick you. It's a $25,000 value. I'm going to be giving books away. I'm going to be giving Reverse Real Estate Systems away, which has helped many people. Thousands of copies have been sold of that away for free. Thousand dollar value each books all autographed copies again. This is why. Why is 2014 your year? Why 2014? Tell me why. We're going to take the best video. We're going to pick the best video and we're going to give you a free ticket to come down to the real estate deal a thon in beautiful sunny Palm Beach, Florida. January 22nd, 23rd and 24th. I hope to see you here. I hope you accomplish all your dreams. Thank you for being here. This is Mark Evans, DND and signing off. Enjoy your day. Keep me posted. I'm looking forward to seeing your video. So please submit it as soon as possible. Keep it in two minutes or less. Tell me why 2014 is your year. I'll see you soon. Bye bye. Is that okay?
