Mark. I want to do 10 deals a month. Awesome. What's your budget increase on marketing? If it cost you $2,000 to do a deal on average, and you want to do 10 deals, how much do you think you need to invest in marketing? 2,000 times 10 equals 20,000amonth. And I'm not saying you need to come out of the gate hot and go from four to 20, but if you want to do three deals next month, you have to spend $6,000. If you want to do four deals next month, you got to spend $8,000 on average. These are things that I can manage with my expectations. If I'm sitting here looking at your budget, and you're like, dude, I don't know why this isn't working, first thing I'm gonna say is, show me what your cost per deal is, and let me see how much you're spending per month.
