Mark Evans DM argues you need to know what season your business is in right now. Are you accumulating or simplifying? He's in Ohio with his family, heading to Florida soon, and says the gap between knowing where you are and acting on it costs most people everything.

One of my biggest insights in life and in business is awareness. You see, depending who's watching me right now. Are you 20, 30, 50, 80, 90? I don't know. Did you just have kids? Do you not have kids? Are you married or not married? What season are you in? We're all in different seasons at all times today. I have two kids, 9 and 5. I'm married. I'm in Ohio right now. I go to Florida soon. That's a season I'm in the season of accumulation. Are you in the season of simplification? What season are you in? Become aware. Create a plan and execute accordingly. And most importantly, constantly be aware. And adjust. And adjust. And adjust. Keep executing. Keep winning. You got this.
