A short YouTube monologue (by Mark Evans DM) criticizing performative busyness and urging viewers to prioritize effective effort that produces results. The speaker emphasizes results over hours worked, frames busywork as unproductive, and issues a direct call to shift from busy tasks to result-focused work.
Hey, busy broke person. Yeah, I hope that's not you. By the way, have you seen these people that are just so busy being busy, but yet they really have nothing going on? They have nothing to show for it. They're busy being busy. Don't be a busy person. I'm not saying effort is not important. Proper effort is way more important. Understand? It's about results, not busyness. Get results. Stop worrying about how many hours, how many minutes, how many days it takes. Focus on this where I'm at, this is where I'm going and let's go get it. Results will pay you so much more money and help so many more people. Get out of the busy work. Get on the result work.
