when I was 26 years old is I sit down and wrote down how much cash flow do I need to create daily, weekly, hourly, monthly to live the life I have today, right? So one, I gotta look at all my expenses, right? Keep in mind I was dating my girlfriend, now my wife. I didn't have kids, I didn't have big insurance policy, I didn't have all these things. So let's say it's $10,000 a month. All I need to do is create $10,000 passively or actively income to live a pretty cool life. And I was doing this at 27 years old. I, I had enough income coming in that could allow me to have a passive— like, I, I didn't have to work.
