Hey there. Brian Bagnil here. Just wanted to create this quick video to tell you about my experience with mark Evans. About 10 or 11 days ago, I went down to West Palm Beach, Florida to learn some new real estate stuff from Mark. And let me tell you, it was freaking awesome. So I get there and there's 80 motivated seller leads waiting just for me. So one of the best things is that Mark doesn't sit you down in a classroom and teach you about theory and about a system or practices that you're not exactly sure really work. So Mark jumped on the phone first with these motivated sellers to show me how it's done. Then I jumped on the phone. He critiqued me some, improved my phone skills. We built buyers lists together. This guy showed me, opened up his whole business and showed me exactly what he's doing and it works. This guy gets 15 to 20% response rates on direct mail, which if you know anything about direct mail, the average is 1 to 2%. So. So that's unreal. So over the past 10, 11 days since I was down there, I put together three deals very easily, I might add. I'm sitting in my robe because that's what I do. It's just phone. I spend one to two hours on the phone a day talking to motivated sellers, talking to buyers, arranging inspections. These properties are in other states. So I'll show you the. Here's a real estate purchase contract right there. This one, this deal right here has a 34.3% ROI. I mean, these are really good deals. And sitting right here is about 15 grand right here. And as you can see in my wall here, I have other deals that are in the pipeline that I'm working on too. So I'm expecting at least one or two other deals to come out of the leads that I got from Mark. So bottom line, the investment with Mark ain't cheap, but you will get it back super quickly. He is for real. He will show you everything. There's no secrets, there's nothing he's hiding behind the wall dangling in front of you to get an upsell or anything like that. He shows you exactly what to do and he's a no bullshit kind of guy. If you have a chance to work with Mark, take it, take it, take it and take it fast. Because I've invested in a lot of high ticket coaching stuff and most people are full of crap. Mark is not. And that's why I created this video for you. Work with Mark.
