Mark Evans DM reflects on building a business with close friends. He highlights daily inspiration from colleagues, more time with family, and the accountability that comes when team members actually answer each other's calls.
It's a neat place to be in life where I get to wake up and work with my best friends every day. The guys inspire me. The gals, they're seeing them hang out with their kids, being able to spend more time with their family, become better husbands, better leaders, better mentors, better. You know, at their church, at their schools, at their community. They pressured me to do big stuff. I pressured them like, we're winning. We can help other people win along the way. Literally. They can call me whenever. I can call them whenever. More importantly, they'll actually answer, and I'll answer. That's a big difference.
