Hey there, It's Mark Evans, DM, with the great news of the winner of the $5,000 private ticket to come down to our office here in West Palm Beach, Florida to hang out with myself, my team, to build their business with a small group of action takers. Before I announce the winner and give you something over the top announcement, actually what I want to do is say this. I'm highly, highly disappointed. The truth is, over 300 people watched the video. I sent it out to my email list, I shared it on Facebook with tens of thousands of people, and yet only a very, very, very small percentage. Let's put it this way, 1% roll has responded with the simple 2 minute action. 2 minutes, 12 minute action could change their real estate life forever. Now, as I sitting here looking at the stats with myself and my team, and we all were just mesmerized by the lack of videos, it's kind of embarrassing to the world, to your future, if you're not able to take a couple minutes and say, hey, why is 2014 my year? And at the end of the day, I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at the outcome that happened because a lot of people could have easily done this and could have changed their life. Everyone was getting a gift, a free book. They had great opportunity to get a lot of other stuff. But when we sit down and looked at this, I said, you know what? The reason people aren't achieving their goals, it's not because they don't have goals. It's because they're not doing anything to achieve their goals. If it's something as simple as creating a video is stopping you from progressing to the next step, that's an issue. Picking up the phone to talk to the seller, the buyer, get access to private money, you got to step up to the plate. You got to do what might be uncomfortable. Maybe you don't like the way your voice sounds. Who cares? Maybe you don't like the way you look. Who cares? But I can tell you three guys took action during the deadline. One guy didn't do the deadline. He made up every excuse or, you know, and again, I don't even think he does it on purpose, but that's a whole nother story. I'll talk about that later. But for the good news is, is that there's hope for you. I'm a real person. I want to share with you and be bold with you and be a real mentor to you and say, enough's enough. Seriously, when I share something with you. I'm not sharing it just for promotions. I'm sharing it with you because I care. I want to give back. I want to help the community of real estate investors because it's been so amazing to me, this business. So next time I run something, maybe you'll get serious about it. I hope you do. Of course, get serious about it. Because what I'm sharing with you can help. You can't change your financial future. You in the real estate business, specifically with marketing, with private money, with gaining simple access to deals, you know, you name it, I can help you there.
