I'm having a problem in the company. I go and create a competition. I'm like, hey, guys, I need your help. Here's where we're at, here's what we're going. So, like, for example, in the list thing, we were having trouble getting lists set up quickly and efficiently. It's taken seven, seven, eight weeks longer than it should. So I was like, hey, thousand dollars, create two teams. I want you guys to compete. Who can create the quickest list, best, you know, best KPI list and all that. And they did it in six and a half weeks instead of 15 weeks. So I'm looking for those. And then what they did is they sop that out and then we hand it to the team and now they become the onboarding team for the new list. You can get your team, sit down with them, say, guys, we, here's what we need. Like, they need to be working. You know, if they're operations, they love SOPs. If they don't, they're not Operation people can't be just like, you know, just on the fly stuff. I mean, that will happen, but, like, there has to be an infrastructure for sure to scale. If not, dude, you're just getting massive chaos.
