I want to create models that are paid on value, not per hour. It's a massive difference. We all have a little bit of that going on. This is why I don't sell my services in an hourly rate. I wake up every day with $0 getting paid to me per hour. I create my money by creating opportunities, by taking risk, by hiring people, creating crazy ideas. I don't always succeed. There's many days I lose money, but at the end of the day, I'm in full control over that. I take. Ls not losses. Lessons I learned from those lessons. It doesn't feel good losing money when you think you have this shit figured out. I don't have all this shit figured out. Still, I don't know anybody at any level that has this stuff figured out.
