Direction of Investment forms
This is a nice home. Yeah, nice little single family. One bedroom, one bath house. Gray and white and brown fence and white picket fence. Go to the bank? Never went to the bank. What we had to do is there's some paperwork included in doing this deal. Because we did it through your sessa. We did buy the property for $1. And there's paperwork. It's called Direction of Investment forms. Your self directed IRA company. We use a bunch of them. You can check out the bio section for which one we use for this. But we just fill out some paperwork, direct the money to the title, the title handles the closing and the title company sends the money back and forth.
