Mark Evans warns that stock market volatility makes real estate a safer bet. He shows how a $50,000 rental property can generate $400-500 monthly cash flow, and urges viewers to move retirement funds into self-directed IRAs to buy income-producing properties instead.

Hey everybody, this is Mark Evans, DMDN. This is an important message today. It's June 24, 2016 and the market opens up the negative 500 plus. Guys, this ain't a joke. This is real and it's important. If you're sitting here watching this and you have money in the market, shame on you and, or yeah, just shame on you because at the end of the day we know the market's different than it's been. We're in an information age. Nah, industrial wage. This is affecting you, your financial future and more importantly, everything you've worked so hard for is at jeopardy every single day if your money's all in the market. I'm in the real estate investing business. We do turnkey real estate deals every day. And the thing is, is why it works for us and why it's so easy is because we invest for cash flow. See, the market doesn't have to go up or down or sideways or stagnant. It just has to create general, create cash flow for us. And that's what rentals. Simply buy a property for $50,000, collect payments of 700 minus taxes, insurance, management fees, maintenance allocations, vacancy allocations, et cetera, and you end up with 4 to $500 net profit per month. That's how you can build a life in it. Now with the stock, if it goes to zero, it's zero, it's worthless. With a house you buy for fifty grand, if the market does dip, you might lose five or ten thousand dollars in value on a house like this as well as the same opposite. If it goes up, you might make 5 or 10,000 dol. But I would challenge you to start looking at your investments differently. Start asking yourself what can these investments do for me? Like generate cash flow, generate lifestyle. This is a lifestyle design piece again guys, this is serious stuff and I hope you take it serious and I know you do, that's why you're watching this. But share this video. If you're sitting here trying to figure out how to retire one day and it doesn't have to be a lot, Maybe you have 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 200, 300, 500 grand or whatever sitting in a self directed IRA or in an IRA, put it in self directed. Buy some turnkey assets. I don't care if you buy from me. Buy from someone that you trust in and you believe in, that you feel can help you. Now I do one thing I do, throw caution in the wind. I personally don't recommend and I don't like people financing for their retirement if they're, you know, a little bit older. I think the purpose of retiring is to kind of go down the easy street and keep it simple. But again, that's your call. That's your prerogative. If you will just go out there and buy cash flow, stop investing in the market. 70% of the market, give or take, is speed trading. That means it's all fast. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. It's not good old boy industrial club back in the day, you put, you know, you buy a stock, it goes up, it goes up. It's not what it does anymore. And unfortunately, your lifestyle is being affected if you allow it to do that. And that's on you. That's not on the stock market. They're just there. They'll openly have you put your money in there. And again, I'm just here to bring you a different alternative. I hope this helps you make today count. Hit me up private, message me, email me, me, call me, text me, whatever you need to do. Get a hold of us. I'd love to talk to you one on one. You don't have to buy anything from me. If you just need help, let me know. I'd love to help you guys. You guys are the best. Have a great day. Stay focused and remember, cash flow is king and it will set you free. Have a great day. Bye. Bye.
