Mark Evans invests in crypto but keeps it to a tiny sliver of his portfolio. After 26 years investing, he admits he doesn't fully understand some parts of it, and he won't touch it unless you can handle wild swings and treat it as a side bet, not your main play.
Hey, Mark, do you invest in crypto? What I do and what you should do might be two drastically different things. But the answer to the question is, yes, I do invest in crypto. But with that said, I understand what my investor DNA is. I understand I've been investing now for over 26 years actively, so I have a very ultra small percentage in cryptocurrency. I quite don't understand some of the pieces yet, but I do have partners and people that I've invested with inside of cryptocurrency, and some have done well, some not so well. But the overall arching theme is that it's going to be absolutely amazing. But again, if you have the stomach for it, it's a great investment. If you don't, stay away from it, stay focused. But again, keep your main thing. If you want to do that on the side, be my guest.
