By the way, just like your relationship with your spouse, when do you guys grow closer together? When friction's there. When it gets hard. When it gets real hard and you're, like, fighting. You're like, dude. Because you're both right. You both know what you want. You know you're doing it for the right reason. But sometimes it just doesn't work out. Sometimes things happen. It's life. But I don't run. I lean in. I dig in. I want to know. I want to learn. What can I learn? How can I be better? Are you guys doing that right now? This is the time, this is the season to do that. Where you're journaling, thinking about, I call thought audit. Spend 10 minutes a day. Don't spend, you know, some of your morning routines could be four hours a day, right in the morning. So by the time you get done, ready to go work, you're too tired because you've done too much morning routine right now. I'm telling you, anybody under five years in business needs to work 20 times harder. Don't worry about working on the business. Work in the business. You need to be in the business deeper than you've ever been. You need to be having dirt all over your face. You need to come home, your feet are sore, your hands are bleeding. You need to be there now.
