My vision is to have companies run by operators, by people that want to deploy that, people that love structure, the people that love boom, boom, boom. The cadence every day. There's nothing wrong with that. I'm more of the visionary thinking, big picture. More importantly, I'm okay with taking what we would define as risk by investing in people, investing in marketing, because I understand business, and not all win.
