I'm saddened by people that don't respect themselves enough to invest in themselves. I'm embarrassed for the average entrepreneur that thinks that way. We've all been in tight spots. I remember at 18 years old, 1996 I invested $2,500 to go to a real estate event. I only had 2,600 in the bank. I literally had to show up and listen and learn. I got resourceful. That wasn't even my money. These are jobs money because in gutters you got prepaid half up front you got paid the rest Half of the job when done the half of the money was for material. I had to get real resourceful. True entrepreneurs can get resourceful. They don't ask for handouts. They know that it takes grit. They know that they got to get deep into this and start working. I got to tell you $1,500 is a steal to be in a room of amazing quality people. If you go to free events, look at your bank account how's it serving you.
