A short YouTube 'shorts' clip by Mark Evans DM (uploaded April 10, 2023) recounting a personal anecdote: the speaker’s once-helpful assistant left to pursue a conventional 9–5 life seeking structure, illustrating the speaker’s view that entrepreneurship lacks regular structure and requires irregular hours (texts at 5–6am). The clip emphasizes that entrepreneurship, from the speaker's experience, is inherently unstructured.

I had a really good assistant back in the day. Bought her card and everything. She was awesome. And she came and she's like, I gotta quit. I'm like, why don't you quit? I need structure. This is like a year and a half later. I'm like, structure, like, that's never been our life. But she got to a point in her life a little bit older, getting her a good boyfriend, husband, whatever, and she just wanted to work 9 to 5 and cut it off. That's not our world. I'm texting at 5am I'm texting at 6. It's never structured. Entrepreneurship is not a structure. From my experience.
