A brief conversational excerpt from a YouTube video ("Equal income isn't always created equally.") where two speakers compare passive vs active income, emphasize analyzing how much time is spent on different activities, advise focusing effort on the highest-earning activities while keeping others for diversification, and suggest hiring or delegating lower-value tasks to grow income.
I think as well, not all income is created equal. The passive, the active. If you're going to build something, obviously passive income is really cool. But creating these environments, when you're looking at their stuff where you said, hey, you're working really hard here, but as you get ingrained in their company, dude, you're working hard here for X, you're working barely here and you're making a lot more. How do we do more of this? That's part of analyzing.
What you have going on, what you're doing, how much time you're spending in each of the activities that you're trying to do. Being diversified is a good thing, but spend your time where you're making the most money and have the other things.
Or hire other.
People to run some of the other potential businesses or divisions at some point so that you can focus on what you're really doing to build and grow your wealth.
