Would you have any issues or have you had issues if you're like wholesaling it to these groups and having them send you a wire up front and then you deliver the material versus waiting 30 days in network?
I don't do the material so I haven't had you do that. As I said there's a couple things to that One if it's coming from him to his people it might be way easier to like yeah I'll send you some money that's 20 grand. Usually material is 50 anyway so I'll send you 50% and we'll go from there in the rest of 30 days. But if it's a relationship style deal and it's a one off sometimes the connection alone would make it happen like that. I'm not saying they'll do that but it's going to be a piece, piece of it feels going to fall through or whatever but it's a great deal man. Just explain to them why they need to pay up front.
