My experience is I would learn about self directed IRAs because that's where the money would come from. Or something like that. Self directed educate first get them to place the money partner with Keith. You don't get paid, but he unlocks the money that you need for your fund. That's the play. Because they want secure. Simple. Because if I told an old lady that's moving her money into an IRA at 200 grand and get 18%, she'd like that's a scam, I'm out. But if I said 7 or 10% secured, blah blah blah, it'd be a lot easier.
